Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability — ask the front desk.
Payment
A 30% advance confirms your booking; the balance is paid at the hotel. The hotel contacts you to arrange the advance. Unpaid online bookings are released when their payment hold ends.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Later cancellations forfeit the advance.
Children
Children under 5 stay free using existing beds.
Extra persons
Guests over a room's sleeping capacity are charged Rp1,000 each per night, up to 1 extra per room depending on the room type.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included for adults.
House rules
Valid photo ID required at check-in. No smoking inside rooms.
Weekend & holiday rates
Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays have their own rates. The booking page shows the exact price for every night.
